Recently, a significant milestone was achieved by E.A. Chaudhry Technical Institute (EACTI) as our Director signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Real Estate and Housing Association of Bangladesh (REHAB) for the REHAB-SICIP Skill Training Program. This partnership marks a new chapter in advancing vocational education and skill development in Bangladesh’s booming construction sector.
Under this MoU, EACTI will offer comprehensive training in three key occupational areas: Electrical Installation and Maintenance, Masonry and Steel Binding, and Tiles and Marble Works. These skills are in high demand within the real estate and housing industries, and this initiative aims to prepare a technically proficient workforce that meets the evolving needs of the market.
The collaboration between EACTI and REHAB reflects a shared commitment to enhancing employability, reducing the skills gap, and promoting hands-on training for sustainable careers. Through this partnership, trainees will benefit from industry-aligned curriculum, expert instruction, and access to real-world applications, ensuring both quality and relevance in their learning experience.
We believe this MoU will not only strengthen the bond between academia and industry but also contribute significantly to national development by creating a skilled, job-ready workforce for the future.
