E. A. Chaudhury Technical Institute (EACTI) is a large, state-of-the-art Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institute located in Dakshin Surma, Sylhet, Bangladesh (14 km from Sylhet City towards Fenchuganj). The institute was established in 2021 by EACF Foundation (E.A. Chaudhury Family Foundation), a charitable trust formed under the Societies Act of Registered of Joint Stock Companies & Firms (RJSCF) of Bangladesh. EACTI has been formed to spread technical and vocational education and training (TVET) at an affordable cost to both students and underprivileged individuals, empowering them to become self-reliant.The institute has a particular focus on women’s empowerment in rural areas of Bangladesh. EACTI is approved by the Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB) and the National Skill Development Authority (NSDA).
